Kevin was really kind and helpful about helping me set up my 87 year old dad's new (first-time) "smart" phone. This shop has been and remains my "go-to" when it comes to Verizon Cell issues.
Now I just need to figure out how to help Dad with the touching and swiping as the new phone does not seem to recognize his naturally colder fingers (looks like styluses are in his future).
Overall, the transfer itself was quickly processed with minimal stress for me. Thank you Kevin!
