Such a disappointment staying here. For the premium price, we expect more than this.
Our 1st night, the AC fan kept making noise that made us couldn't sleep well.
2nd day, when we came back to the room, no water coming from faucet, we couldn't take a shower at all. We called to the reception, they said the water should be back on 5 am.
But it's off till 10 a.m !!!
We never stayed in a hotel (even a 3 star hotel) had water stop (problem) like this.
The room is dirty and dated. Need major renovation.
The cleaning service didn't do their job well, they didn't clean properly nor refill soap, clean hand and face towel.

Stayed at this property last night. It is beyond me how it carries the Hyatt name. The hotel is way past dated. The underground parking is sketchy at best with hidden access and poor signage. The sole reason for this review is to note that the hotel went without water and room air conditioning for over 12 hours. Apparently this was planned maintenance according to the note I received at check out this morning. However, this planned maintenance was not disclosed when I checked in yesterday afternoon. Unacceptable. Hyatt should be embarrassed about this hotel. I genuinely felt sorry for the staff who had to deal with wrath of angry guests, not to mention the poor housekeepers who have to deal with 12+ hours of non-working toilets.

Tired and worn facility. Old, beat up room furnishings. Not worthy of the Hyatt brand in my experience.

Great location and friendly staff. Worst Hyatt property as far as appearance. Rooms were dated and bathroom was noisy. There are rooms with outside entrances, I had to call twice to request they lowered the noise from the kiosk near the street. Would stay for location but I would look for nearby property as a first come preference.
