The service side of the operation is fantastic! I had an issue with my vehicle and brought it to them to look at it. Lee, was my contact and was very professional and nice. After finding and taking care of the issue I brought it in for, they went the extra mile and located another problem that could have been quite serious. Lee worked with my extended warranty company and got the repairs covered! Because the repair was going to take longer, he arranged a rental for me as well. Tim, the rental professional was wonderful! I had to come in later in the day and Lee had everything arranged for the rental and it was seamless. Thanks Guys!

I posted and removed it because the salesman was prompt to respond to us James was his name but it appears that the finance department didnt do what they needed to our insurance company and will not respond to our calls now my insurance company wants an inspection on the new car we leased the other companies we dealt with ford and Honda handled this when I called cs agent asked me why I was calling said you can handle this
Great customer service lol after 2 cars in my family was thinking about buying a 3rd we will see maybe go back to Mitsubishi Motors
