Lovely room, A/C very noisy, room must be book 24 hours before for service and cleaning. Happy hour fantastic met loads of friendly people. The biggest let down is breakfast, food quality and variety poor. Plastic forks and knives is a big no!
Reception staff very helpful and friendly.
Will I be back, will have to think about it!!

This hotel was a disaster from the start. First off there is a $25 early check in fee regardless of if your room is ready. The fee goes until 1:59 and there seems to be no exceptions so exactly at 2pm theres a massive frenzy in the lobby. Upon checking in there was no water for hours. The pool and hot tub still worked which would help except for the fact that the pool was dirty and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. When you walk into your room its like being slapped in the face with a smell that resembles a room that has been sealed shut since the 70s.

Overall this experience was horrible. The rooms were out of date and had a weird smell.They also had an unreasonable strict rule that it was a $25 early check in before 2:00pm. I was told this less than 8 minutes prior. I would not be surprised if they received commission for this based on how strict they enforced this rule.

Easy drive to the arena venue. Loved the happy hour at the restaurant bar two free drinks and i got a complimentary serving of salty snacks. The premises were very clean and comfortable highly recommended. Staff is amazing too
Noteworthy details: Very ada friendly with 4 elevators but not sure about the pool

FALSE ADVERTISING
Spent a long weekend there for a wedding in Palm Desert. Saw the photos online and thought that it would be your typical Hilton run hotel, nothing fancy, but clean and consistent. We were wrong.
The rooms were disgusting. Stains on the carpet, on the walls, on the chairs! There were even stains on the bedsheets.
I have asked for another room, the front desk said that are the rooms were just as bad. Seemed like they know how bad it is. I asked for her to send someone to change the sheets this never happened. There were multiple please requesting to cancel there stay the day we arrived.
The next day I called and asked for new bedding and house cleaning no one came to our room. We got back to our room around 10 and same bedding and towels as the day before. Had to call front desk again
To top it off the fan in the ceiling was dripping water and the shower leaked all day and night.
Never staying here again.
