I want to say this is a great company. I have a white sofa and light colored chairs and a light rug, and Richard did a fantastic job, my sofa xhairs and rug look like new.and my bedroom carpet looks great as well.. he 1st came on the initial visit and after seeing our furniture and carpet , Richard asked if he could come back so he would have full tanks and enough of the cleaning solution in order to insure that the sofa came out perfect, and It did.. we also got a great price and great communications, I used the chat and it worked out out perfectly and the responded almost immediately.
Bottom line I will definitely use this company and I will definitely ask for richard. And I will be telling all my friends.

These guys are amazing! Reliable, professional and exceeded my expectations. I found the price to be reasonable and Jose did such a wonderful job I'm hiring him to clean my tile next month. I intend on using this company from now on to clean my carpets bi-annually from this point forward. Thank you Jose!

o needed a irine spot removed from  new 5 day old area rug...when i called iwas told it would be 60 plus additional for cleaning solution if needed.  I agreed when the tech ca,e he sais they would have to charge me for the whole rug, i pointed out this was not fair as i did not want all the furniture moved etc.  he stated he had called Nd they would chrge me for the carpet out of desperation i agreed.  i was chathwd for a 10x12 carpet....looking at the invoice for same it is 8x10. My total bill was 470.00!  i then called the company and was told a manager would call me back the person confirmed she had stated $60.00 said it was a mistke on her part.  It has now been a week...no one hs contacted me and when i leave a message it is not returned!  Do not deal with this company if you have any questions make certain they are addressed before they start the jobvery disappointed as they were reccomended by mny in my area who are just as appaled as i am regrding this.Hope this info saves you grief!
