image While the buying experience was very good, and Cody treated me with the UPMOST RESPECT , and PROFESSIONALISM , the aftermath was NOT. I did buy a used truck AS IS which I WAS TOTALLY AWARE OF AND It was a very nice vehicle. But . upon starting it up at the dealership it had a loud ticking noise which the salesman said was because it hadnt been started in a while. It went away when the truck warmed up. Ok .. it ended up having three BROKEN exhaust manifold bolts. After I got it home I noticed a strong smell of antifreeze , I examined the radiator and found one of the seams cracked. Ordered a new one and drained system only to find that a radiator sealer additive had been put in to try and seal the leak . Dont know who put it in , but there it was. On the delivery day the vehicle was supposed to be COMPLETELY DETAILED. It was NOT. They did negotiate the price Down though. They did do a NICE JOB on the paint repair. I have not heard a word since the purchase ? Usually when I buy a vehicle the salesperson will call me in a month to ask if Im satisfied with my purchase. No call . So I am now pondering whether they knew about these problems and didnt tell me , so they could sell the vehicle ? Or is it just what they normally do when someone buys a vehicle from them , and the sale is done , and the cash is in their bank. You make the call . Cody did return my call and we talked about the issue in a professional manner. 4/6 /24 reached out to the number below. Awaiting a return call. Called again today 4/9/24 . No return calls from Napleton to date ?
