I do not recommend placing phone orders from this location. I placed a phone order for a Keep It bracelet in November for a Christmas gift. Placing the order was a breeze and the shipping was fast, however, the product I received had obviously been worn by someone for a long time. The metal finishing was so worn down the silver looked brown.
Upon returning this item to the LV store in Orlando, I was told by the associate that the bracelet was also the wrong size. I reached out to Janet, the manager at this location, to inform her of what happened. She told me the bracelet was straight from stock and offered no reconciliation for their mishap.

There was a particulate purse Id seen online that I thought Id get in-store. I was a bit disappointed I couldnt go home with it but my helper was so kind enough to look it up and order it for me.
I received it in the mail 2 weeks after and Im happy with my selection.

Update: New friendly helpful staff that really wants to help!!!! As of 7/22. The rest is an older review from 12/21....Very horrible service and a attitude to boot. Never goes the extra mile to find what you want. I could not remember the LV name for a wallet, and was spoken to as if I was an idiot. They said it was not in stock. All they needed was to call another store that had what I wanted. Stay away from the Worth store. They did the same at xmas time..
. They tell you go to a larger store. I won't post names, but stay away from the ladies and drive to Boca . Palm Beach Gardens is ok.
