To be honest I stayed during a remodel so I didn't get to experience the finished work but I will say the staff here is amazing and the woman working in the early morning was great. She was funny and I love to laugh. Good job

Hot tub was cold, exercise room was fill with storage boxes and closed, not enough towels in the room, bed and tv need upgraded. Very over priced.
Rooms: Bed is not very comfortable, tub is very old, tv should be updated to a smart tv. The price should reflect the condition. Arkadelphia Arkansas Holiday Inn is less expensive and far superior.
Noteworthy details: Hot Tub was cold.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked room for 5 nights. Checked in , they ran my card I did not check out but on night 4 my key didn't work. Went to the desk to see what was going on and the clerk said I checked out. I said I didn't so let me have a key. I was told they rented it to someone else. I asked about my clothes and the food I had in the fridge and she said I would have to talk to the manager the following day. This idiot says the maid told her it doesn't look like anyone is staying in the room so they took my stuff out. She actually tried to give me the food back that I had left. She did nothing but make excuses and kept saying
that accidents happen. Not only did they not compensate for this horrific inconvenience but charged my card for all 5 days. Holiday inn if you read these reviews you should get rid of that manager. She is the best employee your competition has.

Very Noisy. Located right next door to a large tractor/trailer parking lot. Trucks were in and out all night long. Desk clerk very rude. If you want to be up all night and treated poorly. This is your place. Otherwise avoid this place.
