I just got back for Thailand with my wife and I was having all kinds of trouble. The gentleman that sold me my phone was actually really helpful. He got all my problems solved with a smile. Well worth the trip to Palatka.
*NOTE FROM THE REAL MIKE A*: I did not submit the original post. It was fraudulently submitted. Most likely by the Verizon rep that had my phone while supposedly trying to fix the many issues I've been having with it since I purchased it. (Which by the way, he didn't. He lies about everything.) There are only 2 devices with access to my Google Maps account, my PC and my phone. Since nobody has access to my PC it had to have been done on my phone and it was with the Verizon rep at the time of the bogus post.
For the 3 months that I was in Thailand, I had to put up with a buggy phone that didn't work as I was told by the rep that sold it to me. He lied about everything I told him I needed. PLUS, my home Internet service hasn't been working right since he said he was upgrading it to 5G. I found out Verizon doesn't even provide 5G service near my house. I was told this by their tech support while trying to get it working again.
I'll be submitting a complaint to the Florida Dept.of Consumer Affairs to try to cancel my service contract. A little advice... DON"T USE VERIZON!
