From the first, timid moment I walked into precision I was treated like family. I had never hit a deer or had to deal with any sort of insurance claims In my adult life. Mike and his crew took me under their wing and got my Tacoma fixed and looking better then it did before I bought it. Not to mention it was sparkling clean inside and out. The service is outstanding and their work speaks for themselves. Fact of life post-Covid is parts take a long time to arrive in Pagosa, or anywhere for that matter. I was able to drive the truck until all parts came in and it was all put back together in a timely manner. Cant thank mike and his amazing crew enough!

Friendly service. A long wait but that true everywhere. Lack of communication
Edit: I understand that times are tough and parts are taking forever to get in. I get that. the thing with precision is the terrible lack of communication. We were asked to bring a car in on a Monday. I called on Friday to check on it and they let me know that they had only just brought it into the garage. Why didnt I have my car that whole week in that case? Cut to a week later, and the car still wasnt ready. I called to inquire why, and left messages over the course of a couple of days. Turns out more damage was found, and it will take longer to repair. I understand that. Why didnt anyone call to let me know? During this time, my mother-in-laws vehicle was damaged and we brought it to precision. It was the same terrible communication. My mother-in-law is nicest lady youll ever come across. She went in to inquire about her vehicle and the owner berated her and yelled in her face. She left in tears.
You guys need to be ashamed of yourself, especially you owner, Mike.
The work was sound in our vehicles are in good shape but the service is god-awful.

I filed a claim with my insurance company for a accident, got a claim number and approval for a body shop to complete the work. Brought to these guys who completed the work and never did their job with my insurance company so they could get paid. Instead made me pay for the full claim instead of my deductible like every other shop on earth. Most un profession shop on earth, I will never promote them and will be spreading the bad news all over town. Stay away! Service: Body & Trim
