I came through this location due to traveling across states. I ordered two drinks that are normally sweet and both drinks were extremely bitter and tasted really bad. I would suggest trying to find a different location. Coffee here is way too expensive for what you get.

3:00pm the door inside was locked and we waited 45 min. for our order (1 drink) in the drive through which is inescapable once you get in line because of all of the buildings and traffic poles. Tried to order with the app and it won't let you do that either at this location.

I live about an hr away and I was up there in Paducah to go to Sams and I got a Ribbon Crunch large drink . My Favorite Drink and I was so disappointed because by the time I got my drink the whipped cream was halfway melted and there was hardly a caramel or crunch topping .

Locks out the lobby, but does not update their app to not accept mobile orders. Order ahead, and then be forced to wait in a long drive through line anyway because now its too late to cancel your order.
