      image i have called 6 different branches this morning to get information about opening a new business account. Not a single one has answered the phone, needless to say I will not be giving my money to them...

      image This may be possibly the worst branch in the city. They rarely have anyone there to help with anything other than depositing a check. I also find them to be rather rude in the way they deal with the public.

      image Joey Clemons is one of the best employers at this specific bank. He is so sweet, patient, and very helpful. Every time we need help with our finances, he goes beyond the extent of helping. I would strongly recommend him for any bank needs.

      image In a world of the overall decline in customer service I wish to acknowledge the opposite with Joey Clements. The problem I had come in with, his expertise and compassion was beyond expectations-problem solved he was even kind enough for a tutorial using the app. This is something an AI would never see the need to do .
