Hotel was perfect until the morning of check-out and a dog in room 104 decided he wanted to bark all morning, went to front desk to complain and the young lady working did not seem to care about other guests being disturbed by a barking dog for almost 4 hrs.! Will not ever stay here again, ashame because everything was great but employee not caring about anyone else's peace and quiet!!!

I always stay here when going to Gray Summit. beautiful rooms. great beds and a quiet location. GREAT service from owners and staff. they always welcome my show dogs.
