Untrustworthy, Deceptive Auto Repair Shop

Dixie Endeavor, Inc. is more commonly known as Heart of Dixie Transmission right outside Echo. James Allen Norseworthy is the owner and head mechanic of this said corporation. He also competes regionally and/or nationally in the sport of drag racing. Mr. Norseworthy is an untrustworthy and unreliable auto mechanic and uses deceptive trade practices, purposefully or not, when a defect and especially when multiple defects in workmanship are called to his attention. These deceptive trade practices are noted to be used specifically when dealing with elderly, female and special needs customers. When calling to report an oversight on his part he will gladly look up the labor charge for your particular defect. When you find yourself stranded on the side of the road you will have to call a tow truck. After these events have taken place Mr. Norseworthy will tell you that he runs a 24/7 towing service for all his recent repairs and that he told you there wouldn't be a labor charge for his oversight. This is after you've had his oversight repaired by a lower priced competitor. Mr. Norseworthy will then inform you that your thousand(s) dollar repair job in-house warranty is null and void and it will be the exact same charge again if he is the one to repair it. *if you decide you don't want to pay him AGAIN for another repair not performed you better find your own tow truck to get it back home, too. He will keep your vehicle in the parking area of his shop. **i don't have physical evidence of this, but I have my suspicions that he might decide it is ethical to use parts off of your vehicle since "it's just sitting there". This review is not written from my personal opinion, but from actual facts and events I personally witnessed.
