I've had several instances to call upon this company, and they were very responsive to my needs. Each time I had repairs done to my roof, they responded quickly! Every person that came was exceptionally responsive to my requests and needs. Each person that came was professional, thorough in their inspections, and seemed exceptionally well trained. Jeff was wonderful. He explained things from before the job and after. He followed through on questions I had. He was thoughtful, respectful, and professional. I appreciated everything he did for us. JPV did a fantastic job removing our old roof and replacing it with a beautiful product. The entire 3500 sq ft, 2-story roof job was done in a single day. They arrived early and didn't finish too late. Our yard, landscaping features, deck, and all other access areas were covered up and protected from debris. JVP is amazing!! Jeff made the process of having to repair and replace the roof on our home a piece of cake. He is very professional and responsive. He walked us through everything from start to finish, answered any and all of our questions, and gave us honest recommendations. This was extremely helpful as we are first time homeowners. His guys do incredible work and are an extremely organized and hard working crew. They showed up early, removed the old roof, replaced the rotting and damaged wood & installed the new roof so efficiently that they were done by the afternoon! Jeff was also on-site and kept us updated on the progress throughout the day. They left nothing behind but a beautiful new roof. I highly recommend JVP for all your roofing needs!
