Horrible customer service all around. They were sent to my home from my home warranty company. They sent a very rude inexperienced guy who also looks like a meth user. He had no knowledge of simple plumbing codes, and he couldn’t give me any answers when I asked him if the home builder installed my basement plumbing correctly per code. His response was “It looks normal for the work I’ve seen them do” I asked again, is it per the code? His response is “I don’t wanna say anything bad about the company that cuts my check” I asked to speak to his manager and all they did was focus on defending their rude employee. They then finally agreed with me over the phone that the work was done incorrect and they would relay the info to the warranty company. When time came for me to sign the invoice from the rude worker, he decides to argue with me and call me names, then after he left, he called his manager back and tells him I was arguing with him. His manager calls me back and is now refusing to relay the info on the findings to my warranty company and is also acting rude and sarcastic. Avoid this people at all cost!
