After using the app to get my food , once picked up another $9 was taken off my card for a tip that I did not authorize!!!! The GM, had told me this has happen more than once ( which was a red flag to me being a business owner) that some how the people on the other end of the computer from the app or on the phone can put in a tip with out your consent which doesnt even sound right!!!! But anyways money was given back to me in cash a nothing else was done about it !!! Please be aware of charges on your card!!!

It took me 17 minutes to receive my order with only one car in front of me.

Ordered a pizza online for pick up at the drive thru window.
4 cars in front of me. I waited 20 minutes with no movement.
Went to door to get it inside. The doors were ;locked with a note that he drive thru was open. Went back in line with 3 cars in front of me an d finally go my pizza in 10 minutes. In total, it took 50 minutes to get my pizza after the online order and get home. I live about 5 minutes away. My pizza was cold.
Not a very good experience.
