I was very impressed with Pates Handyman Pros. My new roof was installed very quickly. Everyone from the owner to the office employees were very courteous and respectful. They even sent an employee the day after installation to make sure our yard was clean and all debris removed. If you need a new roof, dont hesitate and give them a call!

Excellent service and GREAT communication. The team was thoughtful and helpful every step of the way. Beautiful work and many pictures of the progress . Large job done in 2 days, old roof off, damaged wood replaced and new roof. Efficient, polite, helpful and I highly recommend them!

I am very pleased with the results from our re-roof and would definitely recommend this company. We were going to just repair the leak around the chimney (been fighting that battle for 20 years), but after discussing with the owner, we decided to go with a new roof; great decision. The entire team were professional throughout. They were courteous, diligent in their work, and did a remarkable job with cleanup and haul away. They went above and beyond even what was promised. The owner came by and called to check on our satisfaction during the work and after completion. And by the way, we have had 3 thunderstorms with pouring rain, and we are completely dry.

Very pleased with Pates. Mr. Pate and his crew were attentive and took the time to explain the overall roof replacement process. Our experience with this company has been hassle free. I never once felt like we were being taken advantage of. The materials used were of high quality. My roof replacement date was pushed back a few days due to weather (can't control Mother Nature). The customer service I received during this project has been exceptional. I received a call once a day from the owner updating us on our project.
