They are the best. Very helpful and trustworthy to meet your needs at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use them for anything that may come up in the future.

Had problem with backup and made the mistake of calling Martins and they asked if i agreed to them to come look. I expected 1 licensed plumber. Instead 4 kids showed up and all piled into our house and started milling about. They said the toilet needed pulling, in order to snake it. So they pulled off the toilet and didnt bother draining water in toilet first and told us cleanup was our problem? they said there would be no charges? So a week later we got a bill for $165. I spoke to receptionist if i could speak to manager. Was told he'd call me back. Never did. If i could give neg. 5 stars i would. Worst local company ive dealt with yet. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE LOUSY!

Glen Martin and the other gentlemen were so helpful. They are problem solvers, we could not be more happy.
When we called to pay our invoice, however, the receptionist was rude. Surprising considering how helpful and nice everyone else we spoke to was. (I will add we paid in full just two days after receiving it in the mail.)
We would highly recommend Martins for all you heating repair needs. Managment should speak to the receptionist regarding customer service skills. Service: Heating system repair

Worst service ever!!!They came and replaced my well pump and wiring on July 8th. They overcharged me for labor for 2 guys, an extra 40 min each @$100 / hr each! 2 Days after the install, my water still smelled like a dirty fishtank! When I called to ask why, I was told,"oh they must have forgotten to sanitize it"I was then told to pour bleach down my well let it sit for an hour and then run the hose to clear the bleach out. So I did this and 4 days later he could still smell the bleach in my water. Finally when the bleach smell did dissipate, the dirty fish tank smell returned. After several phone calls and stops into the store, they're only response to this was "we don't know what happened, or why it happened, and there is nothing that we can do for you."they refuse to even talk to me about the extra 40 minutes per guy that they charged and said that they sent those two guys back to turn the hose on for me and they were in my driveway for 40 minutes. That was a week after the initial install as well. Extremely upset frustrated with the ridiculous unprofessional service from this company! Would never recommend them to anyone ever!
