I must say that I've been a patient here for over 10 years and although she's had alot of change of staff, she still maintains a great level of professionalism. She can get busy and sometimes you might have to wait a bit for an appointment, if it's not urgent. Over the years she's given me alot of good advice and very helpful referrals. This Review has been updated from 2 stars to 4 stars. Much better patient care and attention. Glad I stayed with her.

Ive only been her twice. The first time I came here I waited 30 minutes after my original appointment. She was short and quick. Personally I didnt feel like she actually cared about helping me. For my first visit there was not a lot of communication and she immediately prescribed sleeping medication when I told her my problems was my anxiety keeping me from going to sleep. I also had blood work order I had to do and requested an appointment on Wednesday in the afternoon. They scheduled me on the wrong day I called back to rescheduled and was pushed for almost two whole months. Im currently sitting in the room waiting for my appointment that should of been at 2:30 and it is now 3:25 as I write this. I just need my blood work to be explained to me. I dont recommend this doctor and apparently this is a huge problem for this office is overbooking and the wait. I am beyond pissed. How can they in good conscience wait 2 months to tell me about my blood work. A courtesy call should be given and then an appointment to go more into detail. I have been trying to find a general physician for 3 years and the last one also didnt listen to me and he was a young guy. This is why people have breakdowns because we are trying to get healthy and because medical practices are so money hungry they take more patients then they should resulting in neglecting them all at some point. I didnt even go into the hassle I had picking up medication and having it sent to the appropriate location

She's been my doctor for almost 2 years now. Recently I got really sick and her office rushed to get me covid and flue tested. When I tested positive she immediately got me a covid related antibiotic and it was ready within a couple hours. A couple weeks later I was still suffering from a cough and called. Within a couple hours they responded with a medication to help my out and had already sent it to the pharmacy! What an amazing doctor!

The costumer services is terrible and in general was pathetic the attention I do not recommend this place. The secretaries are negligent, they do not review the documentation before going, the doctor does not place the codes correctly, therefore I had to pay more for my annual laboratories, the nurses did not call me even though I had altered blood tests, in general, pathetic, I do not recommend it.
