I have been at InterUrban coming up on 2 years and love it! It is the perfect building--quiet, clean, safe, not too big etc. The neighbors and staff are all so friendly. Staff is especially helpful! It's also awesome being so close to Downtown OP. I love being able to walk to many local shops, restaurants, etc. So happy to call InterUrban home :)

We have been office tenants here for almost 5 years. The building, location and amenities have been amazing. Minnette and Akasha in the main office have been great in making sure our space is quiet, productive and managed beautifully. If you are looking for office space in the heart of revitalized downtown Overland Park, The Interurban Lofts is your place!

We took a tour of the facilities and were very pleased. We were interested in getting in line for an apartment and paying the fee to do that. That fee is non refundable. I asked if I could have a copy of their typical lease agreement. I was told they would not let me have that. So, it troubles me to have to put down a non refundable fee without knowing what Im getting into. Why the secrecy?

I moved in recently and have had many good experiences with both management and fellow residents! The location is great and the building is very well maintained.
