      image I know this fast food and not some 5 star Michelin restaurant but my god. 1. Needs new management or maybe some extra training on customer service. Its definitely lacking. Asst. Manager Nettie (no clue if thats right) and the other Manager Julissa.. you need some more people skills in that toolbox. 2. Drive thru orders are ALWAYS missing something and the guy working the DT is always so rushed. PS. Thanks for hanging up the phone before I could say have a great day! Again.. customer service sucks!
