Joe helped us repair a corner of a basement carpeted room. I was worried they would try to upsell the issue, but Joe and everyone at Strictly Carpet was very honest with the assessment! We went with a local business. Love our new carpeting for our bedrooms. Quick and professional work was done. They insisted on helping us move our bigger pieces back into the rooms. They also took all of our old carpeting and padding. Highly recommend Strictly Carpet and Flooring in Oswego.

Joe and Mike did an excellent job taking out old carpet and installing new carpet. I couldnt be happier with the job they did. Joe is very knowledgeable about the trade and gave excellent advise on care.
