We scheduled an appointment, a week before. Got there 15 min before our appointment. Were asked to wait because someone elses made it , but 7 minutes late. Everyone was seen first. Waited 30 min after our appointment. Finally decided to leave.

I usually dread meeting with tellers but he made this a really easy process.

My original review was one star but after talking with McKinley, my thoughts about this place changed for the better.
If you do not bank with McKinley, then youre an idiot. Nothing less than a personable experience. I can truly say that I walked away opening an account feeling happy.
And I am still not sure who Data is from Star Trek. But trust me, McKinley will know. McKinley Gang or die.
