Extremely inconvenient having to "schedule an appointment," a week out to open a simple account. Meanwhile employees visible at desk without customers. Help the person with immediate need at location in the moment. Do your calls in downtime. Went to a different bank and got taken care of in 20 minutes

*Update 05/2022* Going to update this review every month a payment is mishandled so other people will be aware of how extensive this problem STILL is. Over six months, not a single payment has been handled properly.
Do not let anyone at this branch handle an annuity. I have had to contact them almost every single month because of a regularly scheduled deposit not going through when it should. Set for the same date every month, yet every single month it goes in on different days. Sometimes there is as much as a 5-day delay on a SCHEDULED direct deposit. Every single time I'm told the problem is fixed. Yet I'm updating this review months later to share that the problem is still ongoing and despite speaking to numerous people here about the issue, nothing has changed. They still occasionally will write out a paper check, despite my requesting direct deposit, and end up sending it to the wrong address. They may be alright for everyday banking but be VERY cautious letting any of the financial advisors here handle your annuity, maybe shop around first. You have been warned! I truly did not believe it was possible for so many people in one building to be so careless with their job.
