I lived there for two years. Its a quiet and cozy place to live! Maintenance always got in touch with me fast when I needed them. All the employees are very friendly and kind! Notifications of events and work being done around the property via email was very timely as well. Definitely recommend this property!

I have lived here 13 years complex has been not so good until today .I was without air new management and crew Justin responded last Sunday to air issue mis communication between office and maintenance I called again today they were here in ten minutes with supervisor Richard and my air is fixed kudos they both when beyond to make sure I had air ty to you both I'm a happy rental very polite and respectful

I cane here without too many expectations. But, I was wrong. It had been great, and especially the maintenance team is absolutely outstanding and awesome. I will highly recommend 10X Ormond. You can be part of a very peaceful and well maintained community. Don't have any doubts that you will feel welcome in this community.

We moved in in April and although the appartments are nice and spacious we weren't very happy with the communication between maintenance and the office staff. Compared to what we were used to, it made us wished we hadnt moved. However, Since there has been new hiring in the last 2 months, the new staff and maintenance team is a complete 360! We are extremely happy! If there is an issue they are on it same day if not first thing the next morning! They take alot of pride in what they do! We're hoping there will be more community events or food trucks, but otherwise, our experience is completely changed from when we first moved in! The team is pleasant and always getting the job done! We look forward to seeing the community getting better! - The Santanas
