Pharmacy department is by far the worst Ive ever encountered at Walgreens. The Pharmacist Carmen had no empathy at all whatsoever to our situation. We are traveling on vacation and she flat out refused to refill my mothers pain medication that she has been getting through Walgreens for at least the last 7 years. When we left our state it was not time for my mom to get a refill, our local Walgreens told us that we shouldnt have any issues refilling that medication out of state. My mom has multiple health issues and that particular medication is the only thing that helps her enough for her to be able to move and function. I wish I could give that pharmacist 0 stars.
