This company is terrible. still owe me over thousand dollars in security deposit guaranteed when after 30days , and its been about three months . Do not rent from any of their properties you will never get your money back, they will never answer your calls

Absolutely the worse residential and commercial company in America. They miss the legal time period to file a Quiet Claim against my rental deposit primarily because they had no reason to do so.
After numerous attempts to convince them to return my deposit I filed a small claims suit and was awarded $1,305.00.
The company has basically ignored the Judge, Court and rule of law and still refuses to refund my deposit and court fees.
Im left now with filing a Judgment lien against the company. Should Sherwood Oaks apartment owned by C & W ever be sold at that point I will be paid the $1,305.00
The only good news I built a new house and absolutely love it.

I can't even give them one star. But I'm being forced to. I live in a glorified hotel and they're trying to pass them as luxury apartments, when It's not even a luxury hotel. Gates never work, appliances dead, won't answer calls, and they constantly ignore you...All while taking your money. embarrassing.
