I have owned sports cars for the last 30 years or so and in all those years I have never experience the level of integrity, competence and professionalism as I have with the Lotus Orlando service department. Thanks to Don Byrd and his meticulous technicians, I am a VERY happy customer.

I had a very good experience at Lotus of Orlando. I worked with Victor to purchase a new Lotus Evora GT. The staff was great with answering questions, and the General Manager was very involved with helping me with the purchase. I look forward to doing business again in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience from the beginning to the end! Dave (service department) is THE man! Super responsive, and really nice person on general.
The coolest part is that theyve fixed 3 major issues with the car that other dealer (Lotus of Naples) failed to identify and fix even though they kept our car for a month. Now Lotus of Orlando will be the only dealer well be going to!
