image Horrible experience with this company an I’ve spent quite a bit of money with them. I’ve been a customer from Las Vegas an became a customer in Fl but the customer service you receive in Las Vegas is completely different here in Fl this location DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! They’re rude,nonchalant, lazy an lack the skills needed to deal with the disable community. Honestly it needs a sweep from top to bottom because even the managers don’t care, I was literally put out of this establishment for wanting to purchase two scooters that I’ve been trying to purchase for a whole month because u can’t just show up without an appointment the sales team stated they have been emailing lizette an haven’t received any response but lizzette who wasn’t at the office stated that she never received any communication from the sales rep the employees that were here were completely skill less on what can be done an nonchalant the black lady that sits in front is always rude, nonchalant an lazy she refuse to do anything but sit there. The phone rings like an abandoned haunted house no one ever picks up. I honestly feel like since they service the theme parks the locals clearly doesn’t matter to them. I’ve reached out to corporate because this obviously needs to be handled an quickly a business shouldn’t be ran in this matter an whoever does the training for the current employees needs to be retrained as well because YOU JUST DONT TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS IN THAT MATTER!

image Rented a knee scooter from Scootaround on 8/14/2021 for a cruise on 8/21 2021. There website clearly states Copied from web site (we deliver your cruise mobility scooter rental directly to your ship, cabin, port, hotel or residence) Well on Monday 8/16/2021 they send me a conformation on where to pick it up and return outside the terminal. I called and said that is not what the web site said and she said due to covid I would have to pickup and return outside the terminal at a predetermined location. That was not acceptable lugging that scooter on and off the cruise ship so I cancelled. Tracy said ok but no refund because I did not buy a cancellation policy. My augment was I would not cancel if they could deliver what they said. They don't care no refund. I used my debit card big mistake so there is no recourse.

image My parents came from Washington State, had an appointment to pick up 2 scooters and when we got there they were closed. Called repeatedly and got no answer. Sat on hold over 10 minutes and was given the option to leave a voicemail. Customer service obviously lacking, nonexistent.
The order number is 548655.
I spoke with customer service today. When I questioned the difference in scooter prices it was explained as they "could have adjusted it, but they didn't " . That is how it was worded to me. Apparently a $42 refund is being processed for my parents 2 scooters. My father was paralyzed from the chest down in a motorcycle accident and can hardly take 2 steps without help and my mother is currently battling pancreatic cancer and going through cheno and cannot walk due to inability to breathe while walking... The fact that they were stranded without the scooters they were depending on, in my opinion a $42 credit is a slap in the face. But we were informed that NEXT time they might receive $10 off.
