We had reached out to a few realtors before finding Cliff and our experiences up to that point were lackluster. It was a seller’s market and most realtors were inundated with buyers. We stumbled upon Cliff by happenstance and were immediately impressed with his commitment to customer service. Throughout the entire homebuying process, Cliff made us feel like we were his only clients. He spent the time to answer all our questions, walk us through each step of the process and made sure all of our concerns were addressed. I cannot say enough good things about Cliff. His commitment to customer service is leagues beyond any experience I have had with realtors previously.

I’ve never understood the phrase 110%. All you can do is your all, right? This is not true of Cliff Clover. He truly goes above and beyond as a realtor. Cliff is knowledgeable in the field. He has been selling real estate for over 20 years. Cliff looks out for you and your interests as a client. Not only does he make the process as stress free as possible, he keeps you informed every step of the way.
Several years ago, I not only lost my husband to cancer but an investment property in a fire within a couple weeks of time. I knew I had to reinvest the money from the home. I reached out to Cliff. I knew him from church and felt that I could trust him. I was still experiencing “widow fog” but Cliff was amazing with his communication and patience with educating me in the process. God bless him and his team for their patience in getting information and documents from me. Not only had I not taken care of the finances, I was trying to figure out my way in the world, raising 4 children by myself.
Fast forward to the present. With the demand for housing and me being practically an empty nester, I decided that it was time to sell my house. It was a no brainer on who I should call. Cliff was so wonderful helping me purchase an investment property, I had complete confidence in him selling my home. Cliff not only provided the same amazing service by educating me in the selling process of things, he fought for me in the contract negotiations and, (saved the best for last) he got me the highest price ever for my community. Cliff knew what needed to be changed or added to the house to get top dollar. The aerial photographs and the presentation will make your home stand out. The difficult thing is Cliff makes your house look so good, you will want to buy it yourself. Don’t worry, he will help you find the home that is right for you also.

Cliff was amazing, he helped us find our dream home. We were looking for that perfect home and we had a lot of requirements. Cliff took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and never pressured us to settle. He was there for us throughout the entire process.
