Great service when buying from there amazing and huge range but even better after sales service when I had a small warranty issue, I cant thank Mike and Bill enough for how quick and easy they sorted my issue and had me back out on the water

awesome place for snowboarding needs, they have burton products all with really good prices especially for florida, the staff was super friendly and very helpful, got me a great deal on a pair of boots and offered advice through the whole interaction.

Bill and his team at Performance are nothing short of incredible. I have been a customer since 1995 and have just had another order delivered to me here in the USA on my travels. What is amazing about Performance Ski and Surf is that Bill has managed to maintain the world class service over this entire period which is truly remarkable
Thanks for your help and advice on getting my last order done and delivered so promptly Mike Mapple your service ethic is also first rate and you are clearly leaning from the master

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Bill and his staff were SO helpful! We were in traffic coming from a distance and he stayed an extra 10 minutes to get our kids exactly what they needed. Not only was this store great they were genuinely kind! Appreciate it so much! You all really just made our trip so much better!
