By far dont use this dealership. We had problems with our deal which took us saying we would turn the car in and take ours back to get a deal done even though when we left we were good to go then 3 days later we didnt have financing. I appreciate them actually working and getting a deal done however they lied again as they said we would have the Ford Maintenance Plan and we dont they sold a third party plan which is not what I requested nor what they said. They said they changed it to the ford plan which they didnt. My wife was also told she would receive 100,000 points for the trouble that she never received.

We have been extremely disappointed in the service at Greenway Ford. We dropped off our 2019 F-150 on Monday due to issues with sensors and alarms in the car. Four days later we cannot get anyone to call us back, when we try and call to talk to anyone the receptionist does not put our calls through and requests to have someone call us back are ignored. Instead we get a text saying they dont know what the problem is and still refuse to actually call so we can discuss options and ask questions. We cannot get a hold of the service advisor or the service manager. At this point they are virtually holding our truck hostage with no communication. I would highly recommend not purchasing a car through this dealership as they will not be able to service the vehicle post purchase and will provide horrible customer service.
