These people are so bad and rude, waiting for more than 1 hour, they ask me the same questions over and over again, maybe to see if I'm lying to them, they treated me so badly, I'm a single mother and the lady kept insisting that my income It was low, (but what happened to me) incredible, they don't know anyone's life or the work that one goes through, otherwise I wouldn't be here applying, terrible, the worst human beings in the world, it's for my daughter not for me , I'm going to continue calling and staying on the line, they are the inept ones.

These people are a joke imagine I tell them, and I even show them images proof of my daughter, being abused by the father, and they would go to the father house and make jokes like oh this is just a black woman thing, and she always want to do all the stuff like CPS is not a real place. If youre really looking to get help, its better you just take things in your own best interest for your child. if you get a case worker starts with a H I believe shes a supervisor. She will definitely let you down on your case. Nobody takes their job seriously they just go out look around just to keep a check taking our tax money.
