My wife and I were walk-ins. We checked in after 10 am and were called by 11:40 am. Phlebotomist was businesslike, in and out in a flash.

I had an appointment for 11:45am. Im fasting. Lot of people in the lobby. Some of them without mask. It is 12:45pm and Im still waiting. Why are they making reservations if they cannot manage them?
Also there is a note: “max capacity: 20”. I see more than 30 in the lobby right now.

Don’t even deserve the one star. With appointment, 1.5 hour wait. Front desk lady rude and unapologetic. Called patients at the rate of 1 per 15 minutes. Self check-in pads were dirty. Working with very limited personnel. Same only one lobotomist calling patients. If you can, look for another lab. Unbelievable from this big “corporation” take my one star as a minus 1 star
