Was charged for almost an entire extra month of service for the dumpster being overloaded. They sent this pic and I asked if they felt this was a valid charge. They stated yes its what you signed for in your contract. Unreal. Total scam.

Always late never gets it right even after multiple phone calls explaining the problem not even 2days later they get it wrong again! Worst service ever even customer service operators extremely rude unfriendly long wait times and can never do anything right the first time. Highly recommend using a different company at all costs! Theres bad and theres republic

I rented a one-time dumpster online, which included delivery, pick-up and a certain tonnage. I paid up-front. Everything was fine until they removed the dumpster and unintentionally left another one. Now, everyone makes mistakes but when I called to have the extra dumpster removed, they didn't even have record of it being at my property. No one at the company could confirm that I had the dumpster. I was transferred from department to department over multiple weeks and no one could figure out what to do. At one point they asked me to reactivate my account, which had been closed after the first dumpster was removed, and pay about $900 for the new dumpster. I obviously refused. Finally, someone managed to get the dumpster removed. I wasn't going to write a bad review, but a month after the removal I received a $219.01 bill for the dumpster that I never requested. Apparently, this company thinks it's appropriate to leave a dumpster on someone's property without their consent, waste hours of that person's time trying to remove the dumpster, and then charge them for the "service." If I were you, I would not risk doing business with this company! Service: Dumpster rental
