This place is a joke and ran by MANY African Americans who talk so rude and disrespectful to residents, and who make threats. The few white people who work here are out numbered and keep their mouths shut.
People are disciplined on assumption without ever being proven GUILTY, and statements of witnesses are not accepted in defense.
Programs are completed and certificates of completion are not issued.
This is a place to be if you want to set yourself up for failure.
The state should be looking in to the dietary meals provided, and not as to what is on paper that is supposed to be provided. The state should be asking when and for how long the water was off and toilets were not flushable, and for how long residents had to take cold showers.
Is the food being brought in gone through by staff and do they take first pick and take it home? I hear this is the case. There should be cameras EVERYWHERE to observe the staff!!!
Is/has this facility took food stamp funds from residents? I hear they have. Does this place tell residents what to say at time of inspections and audits? I hear they do, and that they choose select individuals to be interviewed. I wouldnt send my dog here!!!

I was a resident at the Orlando location they steal from the residents and there pere program is a snitch program there's a lot of negativity surrounding this location your better off being in prison then in this location don't waste your time

This place uses power of the pen and stole my husband's jacket I purchased from him and his shoes after he was sent back to DOC by these failures. Nothing is true here. Beware!!!!!

I had the WORSE experience EVER with Tori and Rebecca from the Silverstar office. I was lied to by Tori twice saying they were going to help pay my rent and then when rent was due she backed out twice. She also said she didnt like my landlord so thats why they didnt want to pay the rent. This lady told numerous lies. Rebecca made an appointment with me and left right before I got there with no call to let me know or NOTHING. She also hardly replied to my text msgs regarding classes. 1 time she took a month to respond. Classes were continuously canceled without notice from Rebecca.They lie and then take up for one another. Just a TERRIBLE experience. If youre looking for help try some place else.
