This is the greatest store I've ever been to. They always go above and beyond to find hard to find stuff and give it for a good price.
Don't listen to Nathan. He doesn't know what he's talking about.
Plus, if he's willing to order online at MMC or amazon, then why can't he order online at Fastenal? What a karen.

Management doesn't act like they want anyone's business anymore...they used to be a go-to for specialty type tools, but last visit they acted like it was a massive inconvenience to assist a walk in customer, with an account, and this visit they did the same, but now they're cutting their walk-in hours and trying to push people to phone or online orders....seems lazy to me... Order on Amazon or McMaster and don't deal with these clowns....
