Nice place with 2 pools and spacious quiet area. The rooms have a good standard and are large. There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed. Large free car park and Wi-Fi throughout the area. You cannot swim in the lake, so the name may deceive you. There are no shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, have to drive 6-8 minutes to wallmart. Positive that it is a short distance to most of the parks.

My family and I recently stayed here. There were 7 of us across 4 different generations. We all really enjoyed our time here. There was something for everyone to do and enjoy. There was tons for the kid to do. This place was very family friendly and I really appreciated that. Grandparents would hang out on the double doors fulled screened balcony and relax. Parents would take the grandkid to go play at the playground or chess/checkers board. Plenty of room for all of us at the pool. Which they have two of. Plus a wading pool for the littles. Full kitchen and dining table for us to sit down and have meals together at night. Not to mention a ton of fantastic grills and gazebos to have a meal outside. A beautiful lakeside beach with very comfy hammocks. Great place. Would stay again.
Rooms: The rooms were massive with huge tubs in there. The master room tub could fit two easily.
Nearby activities: It is ten minutes away from Disney springs and Epcot.
It is 5 minutes away from the nearest Walmart and restaurants. Including a very good ice cream shop.
Walkability: There are sidewalks throughout the entire resort. They are fantastic for taking walks along the lake. They also make everything very accessible.
Food & drinks: There is a little mart in the lobby building that has quite a few things actually including lots of food and drink items. They are expensive though. However, if you absolutely need it in that moment there are items available. There is no restaurant or bar on site.

Although this resort is a little dated, it was a very relaxing experience for our family. The rooms are older, but the room we had was VERY large and had ample space for our family of 4. We could have had another family in our room. We stayed in the three bedroom because that is all that they had available when we reserved our room. The three bedroom room could honestly sleep 10 people. There was a nice sized kitchen, screened in porch with table, 3 full bathrooms (each with a tub).
The resort has 2 pools, putt putt, basketball, tennis courts, playground, the ability to pedal boat and kayak, etc. Many activities are available, making this nice for families. The pools were a little smaller than some resorts we've been to, but they were never overcrowded.
The resort did not have any restaurants and/or bars. It had more of a family camp type feel to us.
Everything was maintained and clean. The staff was very attentive throughout our stay! We would consider staying here again.
