I am a current resident and would warn anyone not to move here! Horrible service and communication from the office. Rent is never the same! Super GHETTO. Virtually no maintenance

Dont move here they dont answer the phone and neither doing the work orders , please go somewhere else they have an attitude having people standing 30-45 minutes just to place an order since they dont come fix them when putting them on the app I said it Dont go there thrashhhhhh

This place is terrible. It's the people really.. My car got shot at park in the parking lot wow!! In broad daylight and office time. Did the management team did anything about it. Oh sure we working on getting a police to stay here.In the mean time my car was gone went from not having a car payment to a car payment. Me being a single mom. And with a special need childTh it's very hard. They could have even given me a month free for my troubles. But they act like it didn't concern them lol. There is a new face everyday
Seems like they can't keep people around for to long. I'm waiting to move. The manager is good to some but not to others. My experience with this complex will be unforgettable not in a good way. 3 months dryer is still not fix I hope people pay attention to these reviews they are all true. All that glitter is not gold. Looks good on the outside but the inside not so much. To many roaches to be charging so much money. These people are money hungry I move out they wanted my security deposit plus charge me more fees. So no matter how clean you leave the apartment they will take your security deposit from you. Please people pay attention to the reviews they are not lies. Sadly its expensive out there but you pay your money. Its not right.

DO NOT RENT HERE.
The apartments are run down, they have cockroaches.
The maintenance staff does not respond to requests, they always delete maintenance orders without having completed them, I have had more than 2 weeks without hot water and more than two months with a window without a blind. On top of that, the administration office staff is super hostile and irresponsible, they don't stop making mistakes. The Manager is rude, as is the front desk team. Very expensive apartments for all the stress, inconvenience and anxiety that living here causes me.
IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS, THAT WOULD BE MY RATING.
The gym is always closed, the club house too and the pool is always dirty.
I don't know any neighbor who is lucky enough to be able to park their car in front of their building. I have to walk 15 minutes to get to my car.
AVOID A HEADACHE AND DON'T MOVE HERE. They're going to thank me.
