Used the absolutely EMPTY parking lot (now I know why it's empty) so I could run across the street to a job interview. Interviewers told me it would be roughly 3 hours, so I paid for 4 hours of parking with a card. The interview ran about 4 and a half hours. I come back to the park and find I have already been fined 50 dollars. I paid with a card, which was on file, and they couldn't just charge it for the extra time or let me buy more time, the 'grace period' is only 20 minutes. How this company is in business is beyond me, this is such an outright scam that it is ridiculous.

Same as many others. This place seems to be resorting to a scam to con people out of money. I received a $100 fine (even though they claim to send a $50 one first), but I do not remember parking in their lot without paying for parking. Additionally, on that day I ran to get a coffee and could not have been there for more than 10-15 min (they claim in the comments that they have a 20 min grace period). The only "proof" that they offer is a picture of me going into the lot, but not one of me leaving or the time stamps of either. Further, they refused to say who the "private company" managing their lot was until recently and when you look them up, they are no where to be found. The collection company also is nowhere to be found online. I sincerely hope this store goes out of business.

Received an invoice for a parking violation for using their lot in the amount of $50. Submitted a dispute providing receipt of payment at the parking kiosk, showed bank statements in dispute only to see it has gone up to $100 fine. This is unacceptable, clearly they need to update there parking system.

Received an invoice charging a $100 fine for parking on , i thought, the Brazilian consulate spot; reading the comments bellow they made a profitable scheme on harrasing people with this ridiculous amount .

Parking lot is owned by Orange Avenue Parking which is a separate business with a different owner. Please contact them at [email protected] with any issues or complaints. Please note that parking lot is camera monitored and enforced. It's an automated system. If you received a notice and believe it was issued in error, please dispute it on payment page and it will be manually reviewed. If it was issued in error, it will be voided after the review. Most common reasons for violations issued are overstayed tickets, errors when entering a license plate, or staying longer than 20-minute grace period of free parking. Please note that parking on the side of Brazilian consulate does not belong to Brazilian Consulate. Brazilian consulate visitors do not get free parking in this lot. There are signs at each spot on the Brazilian consulate side stating that it is pay-by-plate parking and monitored and enforced 24/7.

I don't know about their fur coats but I do know their parking lot get rich scheme is impeccable. Can't even park in a big empty parking lot for a few minutes to grab some food from next door without receiving a $100 parking ticket. The club goers aren't parking there at night anymore because they closed down club lit so now they must be trying to get it back during the day. If your coming to buy a coat here set aside $100 just for parking. Sad

Our parking lot is managed and enforced by third-party company and is a pay-by-plate parking lot. There are signs stating that you must pay to use our lot and the lot is monitored and enforced 24/7. There is a 20-minute grace period to use our parking lot for free. If you stay longer than 20 minutes and didn't pay for parking, parking violation was issued. Parking rules are written on signs in the lot. Initial parking violation is $50. If it's not paid within 30 days, $50 late fee is added. If you paid for parking and received a violation, you can dispute it online to be reviewed. If we find that your violation was issued in error, it will be voided.
