After a lot research, we decided to go with Orlando Pool and Patio because they offered the type of Aluminum Pergola that we were looking for with the bigger columns, integrated lighting, motorized screens, etc. They also offer Bahama Shutters, so it was one stop shopping. We are very happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Eric and Janet!

When we researched and discovered a solution to enhance our patio with a pergola, Orlando Pool and Patio by Design offered what we wanted. The installation was done in just a few days, the workers were amazing, and we love our end result!

My wife and I were looking for a specific look for our patio - A mid-century, Palm Springs kind of feel. We also wanted something durable enough for the Florida weather. Numerous other companies were either unresponsive or attempting to change our minds on what we wanted. Luckily, we found Orlando Pool and Patio by Design Inc. The minute I spoke to Eric and Janet explaining what we wanted, they immediately understood our vision. From then on, we worked together to see the completion of this project. They communicated well, were responsive with all our questions, and were so professional with their work. In fact, some of the materials received were damaged. Where other companies may have overlooked it, they refused to put it up, understanding that it was important to us (and them) to have the best finished product possible. Minus a delay due to permitting and other work, the patio was constructed so quickly. Eric and Janet, thank you SO much for your professionalism. I foresee a lot of Florida days and nights enjoying every little bit of this beautiful masterpiece!

It is hard to find a company that is professional from the start to the finish! The entire experience was great. The Bahama shutters we ordered were built and installed beautifully. We will definitely be using Orlando pool and patio again. Thanks again

I had patio and screens done by them . And also patio lighting . I have called them numerous times and left numerous messages and no response. Poor workmanship and very poor customer service . Will never recommend them to anyone .
