I rented at the McLeod location in Orlando near Metrowest. Brooke assisted me when I picked up the car and it couldn't have been easier. I was even able to downsize to a smaller vehicle that better met my needs. I won't rent at the airport anymore. The service at this location is stellar and I don't get charged the airport fees. Drop-off was quick and easy too. I prefer Enterprise in general but this will be my Orlando, Florida location.

Enterprise Kirkman Location.
I want to Thank Ashley Franco for your wonderful customer service. I ( for my brother) needed a car for the weekend and they were running out of cars due to spring break. My first reservation had to be cancelled so I quickly made another for smaller SUV. After talking with Ashley she asked me to call back the next day and they were able to accommodate my needs. Above and Beyond customer service!!

What a complete joke. "Enterprise we will pick you up" Well not at this location! My car was totaled by a reckless driver and needed a rental vehicle. So I tried to book a car here and there is no pick up service!!!!!

My experience with Enterprise has generally been good until this last rental. I reserved a vehicle at the Orange Blossom st location that morning. Throughout the day I checked to see if they had my vehicle ready because I would have to take a Lyft to get me to the location. By 3pm they finally told me that they would not have any available today. I had to call other locations before 5 to find a vehicle. I found one at the Rosen center on International drive. I hired a Lyft to get me there and upon arrival they refused to rent the car to me because they said that I had to have a credit card at that location. I was never told this prior to booking. It is now 4:30 at this point and every location is closing at 5pm. I call the location on Kirkman/L.B. McLeod and reserve a car there. I did not realize that each time I called the location number I was being rerouted to the main reservation line. They also told me that they had vehicles available. I ordered another Lyft to take me to that location making it there right before closing. Upon arrival, I was informed that they were also out of vehicles and only had a pickup truck but to rent that vehicle I would need a credit card. At this point I was highly upset at the lack of communication amongst locations and to the customer. The manager saw the frustration and was able to provide me a vehicle that someone was not picking up that day. Had he not done that, I would have been without a car and not returned as an Enterprise customer again. Communication between the main reservation system and the separate locations needs to be improved and policy also needs to be communicated better.
