The workers in Raleigh, NC are terrible. They lie. They don’t pick up the trash when they’re supposed to. They’re lazy. The worst service I’ve ever had to pay for.

How can they charge me money but don't do their job! I follow all the rules and wait for them to collect the trash, but nothing show up!

Apparently when my daughter put the trash out there was a piece of broken glass in the bag. Instead of just leaving a note that I needed to take the trash myself (which I completely understand) they took the bag out of the enclosed trash container and set it on my front door step to rot in the sun. When I got home there were ants EVERYWHERE and the bag leaked all over my front porch. Plus they left a note. Why take the trash out of it's bin and strategically place it to cause leakage and bugs? Extremely rude and unsanitary. The note by itself would have sufficed.
