Justin definitely knows how to take care of people and communicates very well. The team did a great job on my install from start to finish and I am very happy with the service. Couldnt recommend more.

I spent $4000. I asked for two things in particular, one that the message on my dash with the communication link be gone with the new radio, and that it would be an improvement over the system in the car. Message still on dash, door speakers have half the bass capability of the original installation. Had to have a subwoofer to get somewhat close. When I questioned both items my concerns were invalidated.
They dont do a very good job of listening to customers.

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting Mobile Concepts with servicing two of my vehicles, and I couldnt be more impressed with the results.
Having experienced issues stemming from another businesss shortcomings, Mobile Concepts stepped in and rectified the situation with professionalism and expertise (on my old car). Not only did they address these issues promptly, but they also provided invaluable advice and recommendations regarding audio equipment.
What truly sets Mobile Concepts apart is their commitment to going above and beyond for their customers. When my last vehicle exhibited signs of water damage, they took the time to try to determine the source, did everything they could to help and informed me of the issues and concerns they had. No car owner wants to receive news like that but they were compassionate and supportive.
I ended up having to purchase another vehicle and of course, I brought my new(er) vehicle back to Mobile Concepts to install tint, new speakers, and a subwoofer. They were also able to replace my cracked taillight housing cover and even installed a license plate mount on the front of my vehicle. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction are truly commendable.
Throughout the entire process, Mobile Concepts maintained clear and prompt communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. Even when I returned with concerns about my Bluetooth connectivity post-installation, they handled the situation with patience and kindness, quickly resolving the issue (which, embarrassingly, turned out to be a simple operator error on my part).
In addition to their exceptional technical skills, the team at Mobile Concepts exudes professionalism and friendliness. They create a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers feel valued and appreciated.
In conclusion, Mobile Concepts is a top-tier establishment that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone in need of automotive services. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them stand out in the industry. I will undoubtedly be returning to Mobile Concepts for all my future automotive needs.

They installed JVC wireless control for my Cayenne 2005 , what an amazing job they did for me !!!! From moment I came in and ordered to the day I picked up my vehicle.

So I recently checked out Mobile Concepts again (got my og remote start done there in the past) for a car audio upgrade and I have to say, these guys blew my socks off! The new owner was super friendly and introduced me to their installer Justin, who was a total pro when it came to car audio.
They hooked me up with a waaay better radio, some speakers and a processor, they tuned it to make my car sound like an audiophile's dream! Plus, they helped me beef up my security with a system that did things I didn't even know existed. And get this, they even helped me pick out some weather tech floor mats that matched my ride perfectly. Had no Idea they did that kinda stuff...
When I got my car back, I was blown away by how polished and clean everything looked. These guys pay attention to every detail and it definitely shows. They also didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. They just helped me find the perfect stuff.
Going back in a couple weeks to get my front windows tinted...
If you're looking to upgrade your car audio or get game changing features for security, I highly recommend Mobile Concepts. These guys know their stuff and they're super cool too!
