I would give ZERO stars if I could!!!
My brother in law went out of town and I was left to babysit his dog. Of course that's when the dog gets an ulcer in her eye. So I took her to Midwest to be treated after seeing an emergency vet.
The first visit took us TWO HOURS for a simple exam and some stronger medicine. TWO HOURS.
As for the second appointment, my appointment was at 11:50 today, and its currently 1:13 and I finally got into a room.
Update- 2:04pm and just finished talking to the doctor. Now to wait in the waiting room to be called up to finally pay.
The staff is okay, but I will never understand how it takes so long to just be seen WHEN YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT! I will never be returning here with my own animals. Absolutely horrible experience and I definitely do NOT recommend them in the slightest!

I took my dog here today for what I suspected were anal gland issues. The staff was very friendly from start to finish and they took good care of my dog. However, I was quoted $35 for an exam, and when it came time to pay they charged me $57 (I had to ask for the breakdown, which is unusual). When I brought it to the receptionist attention, she went and discussed it with the doctor. They ended up refunding me, but still charged me $40 instead of $35. It left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, especially since I paid an additional cost for my dogs antibiotic on top of anal gland expression ($39). Make sure to ask for cost ahead of time.

The Vet was very friendly and good at her job. The charge for my cats shots and check up was reasonably priced.
