Orland park syngery healthcare never has any full time work. I was always offered 1 or 2 day fill in with this particular area. I spoke with Mrs. Victoria and I stated to her I needed full time position ..She always brush me off with fill in. I spoke with other syngery companies and I was told they always have work ...THERE HAS TO BE SOMEONE OVER HER I CAN SPEAK WITH.

The managers at Synergy were supportive in our everyday experiences with the clients. They have always showed their appreciation for what role I play as one of their caregivers. Working with my seniors is the most fulfilling part of the job though.

Two months ago my mother was sent home from rehab. We met with Synergy and another agency. We used Synergy because they were detailed with what they could help mom with. The helper came everyday and went above and beyond. We are so glad to have a company that does what they say they will do.
