I can't Stress enough how disappointed I am with the service I received from this company. For the price I paid, you would think they would have amazing customer service. I hired them to repave the parking lot of my business. I checked references and heard great things. After they had done the paving, I walked around to look at the job and discovered they had damaged a storm drain clean out grate and then had bent it back into place and actually paved over it. And not just one cleanout, but 2 different ones. Then that evening, I discovered the exterior parking lot lighting as well as my business sign weren't illuminated. I called an electrician who was able to determine there was a conduit that had also been damaged that was shorting out the lighting. When I reached out to K& L to discuss these issues, the sent Keith Jr out to look things over. We walked around the property and I showed him the issues and he said I was lying about it and that they didn't damage the drain cover and that the conduit repair "wasn't on the work order". What possible reason would I have to lie about a damaged storm drain cover? Their solution to fix the issue is to charge me an additional $3500 to dig a new trench to repair the conduit.
I urge you NOT to use this company if you want a company with any integrity.
