I was told to purchase 2 1/2 joints culvert from these guys by the county commissioner of Marion county. I immediately paid for the pipe by credit card over the phone. Three weeks later I still haven't seen pipe or commissioner and I had something come up. So I called to get a refund on my card. They shorted me 40 dollars instead of 400. I got 360.00 I'm hot ðŸ”¥
