image Have not been impressed! The techs are great. The customer service and customer service on the phone does not seem to pay attention to what youre saying. I have a whole building and a house on one account/setup. They didnt pay attention to the house part and only connected our building. I confirmed with the lady like 5 separate times, and she kept saying yes. Now its wait for another drop and we will call you to schedule again, so you can rearrange your day AGAIN because we didnt do our job. The entire process has taken weeks, they dont communicate with you, and when you call they half listen, with kids screaming in the background and yes you to get off the phone. I love kids and understand work from home, Id like to be able to do my work from home tooand cannot because you didnt do your job! 3 stars to the techs !

image I don't think I am getting the speed I am paying for. I have the highest package they offer which is 1GB when I signed up and don't get me wrong my internet is high speed but I don't think it is 1GB speed. Their technicians are nice and they have come to fix our internet twice (not Emery Telecoms fault, it was my dog and robot vacuum) they fixed both incidents the next day and fixed them fast. I will say however my internet has gone out randomly multiple times and sometimes a reset fixes it and other times it doesn't and it's getting really annoying
